We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Shipping Information Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. You can get estimated pricing on our web site when you select products and go to checkout . Based on your address, shipping service, and total weight you can get an estimation of shipping fees - before submitting a payment information. Damaged merchandise Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us by e-mail immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Return / Refund Policy We have 30 days money back warranty on the hardware products and accessories, including power supplies, enclosures, and cables. You need to contact us by e-mail for instructions on the return - you need to mail the products back to us within 30 days of ordering. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund. After receiving the returned products we will re-test and re-package them. Products which do not pass our tests, or damaged by use will not be refunded. We have $5-$15 fee per product for - re-testing, re-packaging, and shipping back to our warehouse of returned products. We do not have a money back warranty on software products - they are not refundable. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Warranty We have 90 days product replacement warranty. If a product malfunctions within 90 days of purchase, you can notify us by e-mail and we can give instructions on the replacement - you need to mail the particular product back to us. The warranty is void if our product has been damaged while being used. |
